USDA PRICE APPROVAL (17,7(B) AND 17.13(C)(6) OF THE REGULATIONS) IS BASED ON THIS INFORMATION. WHEN SIGNED FOR THE GENERAL SALES MANAGER, IT PROVIDES THE EVIDENCE OF USDA PRICE APPROVAL REQUIRED FOR CCC FINANCING OF THE SALE.
