Abstract: UNDER THE FARM STORAGE AND DRYING AND EQUIPMENT LOAN PROGRAM CCC MAKES LOANS TO FARMERS FOR PURPOSE OF CONSTRUCTING ON FARM STORAGE AND DRYING FACILITIES NEEDED FOR AGRICULTURAL COMMODITIES.
