Abstract: THE RAILROAD RETIREMENT ACT PROVIDES FOR PAYMENT OF AN ANNUITY TO A DISABLED CHILD OR A SPOUSE, OR WIDOW OR WIDOWER ON THE BASIS OF HAVING A DISABLED CHILD. THE SUPPLEMENT TO THE APPLICATION WILL OBTAIN INFORMATION ABOUT THE DISABLED CHILD. THE INFORMATION WILL BE USED FOR DETERMINING WHETHER THE CHILD MEETS THE NECESSARY REQUIREMENTS.
