Abstract: UNDER THE RAILROAD RETIREMENT ACT, AN EMPLOYEE ANNUITANT WHO RENDERED RAILROAD SERVICE AFTER THE ANNUITY BEGAN TO ACCRUE MAY HAVE THE ANNUITY RECOMPUTED AND RECERTIFIED TO INCLUDE SUCH SERVICE AND COMPENSATION. THE APPLICATION WILL OBTAIN THE INFORMATION NEEDED TO ADJUST THE BENEFITS.
