Abstract: THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THIS FORM IS NECESSARY TO EVALUATE THE QUALIFICATIONS OF APPLICANTS BIRD BANDING PERMITS. THE SERVICE'S BIRD BANDING LABORATORY PERSONNEL RELIES HEAVILY UPON THESE RECOMMENDATIONS BECAUSE MANY APPLICANTS ARE UNKNOWN TO REVIEWERS OF PERMIT APPLICATIONS.
