THERE ARE 3 LOAN SERVICES SERVING ABOUT 600 LEADERS, WHO SUBMIT SKIP REQUEST VIA TAPE EXCHANGE. THE "SKIP REQUESTS" WHICH THESE LENDERS WOULD SUBMIT ON THE ED 1249'S ARE FORWARDED BY SERVICES ON TAPE.
