INDIVIDUALS WHO EXPORT CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES LISTED IN SCHEDULES I
AND II TO OBTAIN A PERMIT FROM THE DRUG ENFORCEMENT ADMINISTRATION.
THE INFORMATION IS USED BY THE DRUG ENFORCEMENT ADMINSTRATION FOR
ISSUING EXPORT PERMITS AND EXERCISING CONTROL OVER THE EXPORTATION
OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
