Abstract: THIS REPORT SERVES AS BASIS FOR EPA TO SUBMIT AN ANNUAL REPORT TO CONGRESS THOSE GENTEE INSITITUTIONS THAT ARE PERMITTED TO RETAIN EQUIPMENT ACQUIRED WITH GRANT FUNDS AFTER COMPLETION OF THE PROJECT AS REQUIRD UNDER THE GRANT ACT SEPT. 6, 1958 (P.L.850934).
