Abstract: WHEN A PRODUCER FAILS TO ACCOUNT FOR DISPOSITION OF HIS TOBACCO HE IS SUBJECT TO AN ASSESSMENT OF PENALTY AND THE FARM ALLOTMENT FOR SUCCEEDING YEAR SHALL BE REDUCED. MQ-108 PROVIDES A MEANS WHERE BY FARM OPERATOR MAY REPORT AND RECORD DISPOSITION OF HIS TOBACCO CROP. (P.L. 450)
