Abstract: THIS FORM PROVIDES FDA WITH THE PROCESSING PARAMETERS USED BY DOMESTIC AND FOREIGN LOW-ACID AND ACIDIFIED FOOD PROCESSORS. THESE PROCESSES ARE ESTABLISHED BY THE PROCESSORS TO ASSURE THAT THE CONSUMER DOES NOT RECEIVE A POTENTIALLY DANGEROUS CANNED FOOD PRODUCT. FDA REVIEWS EACH SUBMITTED PROCESS FOR ADEQUACY OF PROCESSING.
