Abstract: AS AUTHORIZED BY TITLE 14 U.S.C. 93, AND 468 THE COMMANDANT OF THE COAST GUARD HAS THE AUTHORITY TO PUBLICIZE INFORMATION CONCERNING COAST GUARD OPERATIONS, AND MAY MAKE EXPENDITURES AS NECESSARY IN ORDER TO OBTAIN RECRUITS FOR THE SERVICE AND CADE APPLICATIONS, INCLUDING ADVERTISING. AS A PART OF THIS PROGRAM THE COAST GUARD RESPONDS TO APPROXIMATELY 95 REQUESTS FROM VARIOUS CIVIL AND COMMUNITY ORGANIZATIONS FOR OUR PARTICIPATION IN AIR SHOWS
