Abstract: AIRPORT AND AIRWAY DEVELOPMENT ACT OF 1970 , SECTION 52, CONTINUES IN EFFECT ALL FEDERAL GRANTS MADE UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF THE FEDERAL AIRPORT ACT (REPEALED 6/30/70) UNTIL THEY ARE COMPLETED OR TERMINATED. 14 CFR 151 PRESCRIBES REQUIREMENTS FOR ADMINISTRATING THOSE GRANTS. INFORMATION COLLECTED IS USED TO DETERMINE COMPLIANCE.
