Abstract: THIS FORM IS REQUIRED IN ORDER TO OBTAIN INFORMATION NECESSARY FOR THE PROCESSING OF DESERT LAND ENTRY APPLICATIONS. THE INFORMATION IS REQUIRED BY THE ACT OF MARCH 3, 1977 (19 STAT. 377; 43 U.S.C. 320-323 ET SEQ.) THE ENTRY MAN/WOMAN CERTIFIES THAT HE/SHE MET THE QUALIFICATIONS OF THE ACT AND DEMONSTRATES THE ABILITY OF THE LAND TO PRODUCE CROPS AS WELL AS ASSURING THAT AN ADEQUATE WATER SOURCE IS AVAILABLE FOR CROP PRODUCTION
