Abstract: INFORMATION REPORTED IS REQUIRED TO APPRISE AF CIVIL (INDUSTRIAL) ENGINEERS AS TO THE CURRENT PROGRESS ON INDUSTRIAL CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS.
