Abstract: THESE REGS CARRY OUT THE SUGAR PROGRAM. THIS INVOLVES DIRECT PAYMENT TO PROCESSORS FOR DISTRIBUTION DISBURSEMENT OF PRICE SUPPORT LOANS AND INSURE FIELD WORKERS THAT WILL RECEIVE MINIMUM WAGE AS ESTABLISTED BY SECRETARYT OF AGRICULTURE.(P.L. 439)
