Abstract: WHEN SPECIFICATION MIL-V-38352 IS APPLIED IN CONTRACTOR TO PLAN AND EXECUTE A VALUE ENGINEERING PROGRAM IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE SPECIFICATION, IT DOES NOT REQUIRE ANY CONTRACTOR REPORTING. THE SPECIFICATION DOES REQUIRE THE CONTRACTOR OT MAINTAIN PROJECT FILES FILES IN SUFFICIENT DETAIL TO ENABLE THE CONTRACTING OFFICES TO EVALUATE THE QUANTITY AND QUALITY OF WORK PERFORMED.
