PROVIDED THEY ARE UNMARRIED FULL-TIME STUDENTS. IT IS PROVIDED TO
THE STUDENTS 3 MONTHS PRIOR TO THEIR 18TH BIRTHDAY, AND ANNUALLY OR
SEMI- ANNUALLY UNTIL THEY ARE AGE 22. IF CERTIFICATION IS NOT
RECEIVED WITHIN A SPECIFIED PERIOD OF TIME SURVIVOR BENEFITS TO THE
STUDEN
