Abstract: (14 U.S.C. 88, 14 U.S.C. 93). SURVIVORS OF MARINE CASUALTIES ARE QUESTIONED IN ORDER TO OBTAIN INFORMATION NEEDED TO SEARCH FOR OTHER VICTIMS OF THE SAME INCIDENT. THIS INFORMATION CAN ALSO BE USEFUL TO THE SAFETY OF LIFE IN PREVENTION OF FUTURE CASE OF SIMILAR NATURE.
