Abstract: SECTION 205(I) OF THE SOCIAL SECURITY ACT PROVIDES FOR ENTITLEMENT TO CLAIMANTS UNDER THE RAILROAD RETIREMENT BOARD. THE FORM IS USED TO SECURE INFORMATION TO EFFECT THE REQUIRED COORDINATION WITH THE RAILROAD RETIREMENT BOARD IN SOCIAL SECURITY CLAIMS PROCESSING.
