Abstract: P.L.-646, P.L. 93-383, P.L. 83-560 REQUIRES HUD OBTAIN DATA WHICH THE GENERAL SERVICES ADMINISTRATION REQUIRES UNDER CHAPTER 9 OF FMC 74-8. THIS IS NECESSARY TO PROVIDE DATA ON HUD'S MANAGEMENT OF RELOCATION UNDER THE UNIFORM RELOCATION AND REAL PROPERTIES ACQUISITION POLICIES ACT.
