THIRD PERSONS RESPONSIBLE FOR INJURIES TO CHAMPUS BENEFICIARIES,
AND CERTAIN OTHERS, THE REASONABLE VALUE OF MEDICAL CARE FURNISHED.
USED TO OBTAIN INFORMATION SO THE GOVERNMENT IN CERTAIN INSTANCES
CAN RECOVER FROM A NEGIGENT THIRD PARTY THE REASONABLE COSTS OF
HOSPITAL, MEDICAL, SURGICAL, OR DENTAL CHAMPUS CARE WHICH IS
PROVIDED A BENEFICIARY
