Abstract: P.L. 92-392 CREATED THE FEDERAL WAGE SYSTEM WHICH PROVIDES AN EQUITABLE SYSTEM FOR FIXING AND ADJUSTING THE RATES OF PAY FOR PREVAILING RATE EMPLOYEES OF THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT. THESE FORMS ARE USED IN THE COLLECTION OF DATA FOR CONDUCTING WAGE SURVEYS TO DETERMINE THE PREVAILING RATES OF PAY.
