Abstract: UNDER THE ACT OF MARCH 4, 1927 (43 U.S.C. 316, 316A-316O), BLM HAS THE AUTHORITY TO ISSUE GRAZING LEASES FOR UTILIZATION OF PUBLIC LANDS IN ALASKA. THIS APPLICATION IS NECESSARY TO DOCUMENT THE QUALIFICATIONS OF APPLICANTS FOR THE SPECIAL BENEFITS AUTHORIZED UNDER THE ACT OF MARCH 4, 1927.
