Abstract: THIS DATA COLLECTION IS NECESSARY AS A RECORDKEEPING DEVICE FOR BOTH INDIVIDUAL CASE CONTROL AND ALSO OVERALL WORKLOAD CONTROL AND WILL BE USED BY THE PROGRAM INTEGRITY REGIONAL OFFICES AND CENTRAL OFFICE. THE INFORMATION WILL BE USED FOR THE ANALYSIS OF PATTERNS AND TRENDS IN THE ABUSE AREA, FEEDBACK TO REPORTING ENTITIES REGARDING THEIR PERFORMANCE RELATIVE TO OTHER STATES AND CONTRACTORS, OTHER REPORTING AND MANAGEMEN
