THE CHILD AND FAMILY RESOURCE PROGRAM
IS A FAMILY ORIENTED CHILD DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM DESIGNED TO PROVIDE
FAMILY SUPPORT SERVICES THAT ARE CRUCIAL FOR, AND DIRECTLY RELATED
TO THE SUSTAINED AND HEALTHY GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT OF CHILDREN
FROM THE PRENATAL PERIOD THROUGH AGE EIGHT. THIS EVALUATION WILL
ASSESS THE EFFECTIVENESS OF THE PROGRAM BY FOCUSING ON FAMILIES WHO
ENTER THE PROGRAM IN THE FALL OF 1978 WITH A NEW BABY AND FOLLOWING
THAT FOCAL CHILD AND FAMILY UNTI
