Abstract: THE 13 FORMS INCLUDED UNDER THE CLEARANCE NUMBER ABOVE ARE USE TO COLLECT INFORMATION PERTAINING TO THE RURAL ABANDONCED MINE RECLAMATION ACT UNDER THE AUTHORITY OF PL-95-87, SECTION 406. THIS PROGRAM AUTHORIZES FEDERAL TECHNICAL AND FINANCIAL LONG TERM COST-SHARING ASSISTANCE FOR CONSERVATION TREATMENT TO ELIGIBLE LAND USERS.
