Abstract: THE DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION COOPERATES WITH THE INTERNATIONAL COMMUNICATION AGENCY IN ADMINISTERING THE TEACHER EXCHANGE PROGRAM. THE INFORMATION COLLECTED IN THIS APPLICATION IS USED BY EDUCATION PROGRAM SPECIALISTS, REGIONAL INTERVIEWING COMMITTEES, LCA AND THE BOARD OF FOREIGN SCHOLARSHIPS IN THE SELECTION PROCESS.
