Abstract: BECAUSE OF THE WORDING OF THE '77' AMENDMENTS TO THE CLEAN WATER ACT CERTAIN PERMITTEES HAD TO FILE REQUESTS FOR 301 (C) AND 301 (G) MODIFICATIOUS BY 9/25/80. EPA DEVELOPED A POST CARD FORM TO MAKE IT EASY TO FILE THIS REQUEST. APPROXIMATELY 1500 REQUESTS WERE FILED IN 1978.
