Abstract: PROVIDES DATA FROM RANDOMLY SELECTED BURLEY TOBACCO FIELDS ON PLANT COUNTS, LEAF COUNTS, MEASUREMENTS AND WEIGHTS. INDICATIONS FROM THIS SURVEY ARE USED IN CONJUNCTION WITH MONTHLY FARM REPORT (40-R0007) TO ESTIMATE BURLEY TOBACCO YIELDS IN KENTUCKY. ESTIMATES USED BY TABACCO INDUSTRY IN MARKETING DECISIONS.
