ONCE THE SAMPLE OF ADDRESSES WAS PREPARED, A COMPARISON WAS MADE WITH THE ADDRESSES LISTED BY THE ENUMERATOR, IF A SUFFICIENT NUMBER OF UNITS WERE OMITTED, THE ENTIRE ED WAS RECANVASSED.
