Abstract: PREASSEMBLED OR MANUFACTURED BUILDING COMPONENTS DESIGN AND SPECIFICATIONS ARE STORED IN A COMPUTER DATA BASE AND THEN MODIFIED SO THAT AN INTEGRATED AND COMPATABLE FACILITY RESULTS. BUILDING MANUFACTURERS PROVIDE DESIGN DETAILS AND SPECIFICATIONS OF THEIR PRODUCTS WHICH ARE THEN STORED IN COMPUTER. THIS DATA IS LATER RETRIEVED FROM THE COMPUTER DATA BASE DURING DESIGN MEMORY AND CONSTRUCTION OF CORPS OF ENGINEERS PROJECTS
