Abstract: NASA MUST COMPILE AND FORECAST ITS TOTAL PROPELLANT REQUIREMENTS FOR BOTH ITS FIELS INSTALLATIONS AND CONTRACTORS. THIS REPORT SOLICITS THIS ESSENTIAL DATA FROM ITS CONTRACTORS THAT NASA MAY PREPARE ITS TOTAL REQUIREMENTS REPORT AS AN IMPORTANT STEP IN ACQUIRING AND DISTRIBUTING GOVERNMENT FURNISHED PROPELLANTS FOR SPACE VEHICLE RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT. NASA USES AN AIR FORCE FORM SO AS TO PROVIDE RESPONDENTS WITH A UNIFORM REPORTING SYSTEM
