Abstract: THE HEALTH PROFESSIONS EDUCATIONAL ASSISTANCE ACT OF 1974, PL94-484, AUTHORIZED THE NHSC AND EFN SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAMS, DESIGNED AS SECTIONS 751-756 AND 758 RESPECTIVELY OF THE PHS ACT. PL 94-484 PROVIDES THAT SCHOLARSHIP AWARDS FOR BOTH OF THESE PROGRAMS SHALL REASONABLE EDUCATIONAL EXPENSES. THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE SCHOOLS WILL BE USED TO COMPLY WITH THE OTHER REASONABLE EDUCATION
