Abstract: THE PROPOSED CUSTOMS FROM 255- DECLARATION OR UNACCOMPANIED ARTICLES WILL BE UTILIZED TO ENSURE THAT UNACCOMPANIED ARTICLES SENT FROM AMERICAN SAMOA, GUAN AND U. S. VIRGIN ISLANDS WILL RECEIVE ENTITLED EXEMPTIONS AND FLAT RATE OF DUTY. THESE AREAS WILL NOT BE REQUIRED TO ACCOMPANY AN ARRIVING PERSON TO BE ACCORDED EXEMPTIONS OR A FLAT RATE OF DUTY.
