Abstract: THE TAYLOR GRAZING ACT (43 U.S.C. 315), AS AMENDED, AND THE FEDERAL LAND POLICY AND MANAGEMENT ACT OF 1976 (43 U.S.C. 1752) REQUIRES AN APPLICATION FOR LIVESTOCK GRAZING USE ON PUBLIC LANDS ADMINSTERED BY BLM.
