Abstract: THE GROWING RELIANCE ON COAL PROMOTES ACCELERATED GROWTH IN RURAL AND SEMI-RURAL AREAS. THIS SURVEY WILL HELP DOE ANALYZE THE IMPACT OF THE CONSTRUCTION WORKFORCE ON THE LOCAL AREA, AND FOR DESIGNING FUTURE PROGRAMS TO MITIGATE ANY NEGATIVE IMPACTS.
