Abstract: THE INFORMATION COLLECTED ALLOWS THE SECRETARY TO ISSUE AWARDS TO INSTITUTIONS OF HIGHER EDUCATION. THE PURPOSE OF THE AWARDS IS TO ESTABLISH OR EXPAND PROJECTS AT ACCREDITED LAW SCHOOLS TO PROVIDE SUPERVISED CLINICAL EXPERIENCE TO STUDENTS IN THE PRACTICE OF LAW.
