Abstract: REGIONAL OFFICE STAFF RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DAILY OPERATIONS OF THE DECENTRALIZED CMHS PROGRAM PERFORM IN DEPTH REVIEWS OF ONE-THIRD OF THE OPERATING CMHS ANNUALLY.
