SOCIAL SECURITY ACT PROVIDES FOR INFORMATION REQUIRED TO MAKE
DEDUCTIONS FROM BENEFITS FROM ENTITLE ENTITLED INDIVIDUALS IN
CERTAIN INSTANCES. THESE FORMS ARE NEEDED TO ENSURE THAT SS
BENEFITS MAILED ABROAD ARE NOT GOING TO INELIGIBLE
RECIPIENTS.
