Abstract: THE INFORMATION COLLECTED FROM THIS SURVEY IS NEEDED TO COMPILE A HISTORICAL SERIES OF DATA PERTAINING TO WATERFOWL MANAGEMENTS SUCH AS SPECIES COMPOSITION, AGE RATIOS, GEORGRAPHICAL AND CHRONOLOGICAL DISTRIBUTION AND THE EFFECTS OF HUNTING REGULATIONS. THE SURVEY IS A VITAL PART OF THE OVERALL MANAGEMENT PROGRAM THE SERVICE IS REQUIRED PROVIDE PURSUANT TO THE MIGRATORY BIRD TREATY ACT, 16 U.S.C. 701-711. THE DATA FROM THE SURVEY IS USED TO DETERMINE THE EFFECT OF THE ANNUA
