Abstract: THE GATHERING OF THIS DATA IS AUTHORIZED UNDER PUBLIC LAW 46, 74TH CONGRESS (HR 7054). THIS INFORMATION IS USED TO ASSIST LAND USERS IN PREVENTING MISAPPLICATION OF CONSERVATION PRACTICES AND MEASURES THUS PROTECTING THE LAND USER FROM ECONOMIC LOSS IN THE SHORT RUN AND HELPING THEM MAINTAIN LONG-TERM PRODUCTIVE CAPACITY OF THE LAND RESOURCE.
