Abstract: PECIPIENTS ARE REQUIRED TO KEEP RECORDS FOR THREE YEARS OF THE PERSONS CONTACTED, PROBLEMS IDENTIFIED, AND MODIFICATIONS FOLLOWING THEIR REQUIRED EVALUATION OF THEIR COMPLIANCE WITH SECTION 504 RULES. THIS INFORMATION IS NEEDED TO PERMIT THE DEPT. PUBLIC TO EVALUATE THE STEPS RECIPIENTS HAVE TAKEN TO ENSURE NONDISERIMINATORY TREATMENT OF HANDICAPPED PEOPLE.
