GRANTOR AGENCIES IN MONITORING CASH ADVANCED TO GRANTEES AND TO
SUPPLY INFORMATION WHICH WILL ENABLE GRANTOR AGENCIES TO ADJUST
ADVANCE ACCOUNTS AND RECORD ACTUAL EXPENDITURES AGAINST GRANT
PROJECTS.
