Abstract: THIS INFORMATION IS REQUIRED WHEN AN EXPORTER WANTS TO AMEND HIS EXPORT LICENSE TO SHOW A CHANGE IN (1) COUNTRY OF ULTIMATE DESTINATION, (2) ULTIMATE CONSIGNEE, (3) COMMODITY, ETC. THE INFORMATION REQUIRED BY THIS REPORT FACILITATES THE PROCESSING OF AMENDMENT REQUESTS AND ENABLES THE OFFICE OF EXPORT ADMINISTRATION TO NOTIFY THE EXPORTER OF THE ACTION TAKEN IN A MINIMUM OF TIME.
