Abstract: THE DATA ARE USED BY DOE TO ASSESS THE SUPPLY OF LIQUID FUEL OILS WHICH MEET FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL ENVIRONMENTAL STANDARDS. THE DATA WILL BE USED AS AN INFORMATION BASE ON SUPPLIES OF HIGH AND LOW SULFUR OIL, AS A FORECAST TOOL, AND AS INPUT TO EPA FOR GRANTING AIR QUALITY WAIVERS.
