Abstract: SURVEY PROVIDES DATA ESSENTIAL FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF PL 89-438, AN ACT TO ESTABLISH THE MOUNT ROGERS NATIONAL RECREATION AREA IN THE JEFFERSON NATIONAL FOREST IN VIRGINIA. RECREATION USE INFORMATION WILL BE USED TO DEVELOP A HAND MANAGEMENT PLAN AND IMPROVE SERVICE TO THE PUBLIC.
