Abstract: THE ACT OF JULY 11, 1972, 86 STAT. 459-462 AND, AS AMENDED, BY P.L. 93-303, SECTION 4(C). CONGRESS RECOGNIZED SPECIAL RECREATION USES ON THE NATIONAL RESOURCE LANDS AND SPECIAL RECREATION PERMITS TO BE ISSUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH PROCEDURES ESTABLISHED BY THE AGENCY INVOLVED. THIS PERMIT WILL BE USED TO AUTHORIZE USE, COLLECT SPECIAL RECREATION FEES, AND AID IN THE MANAGEMENT OF RECREATION USE
