Abstract: THE OFFSHORE OIL POLLUTION LIABILITY FUND (TITLE III P.L. 95-372) REQUIRES THE OWNER OR OPERATOR OF EACH OFFSHORE FACILITY TO BE CERTIFIED FOR FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY TO COVER $35 MILLION OCS OIL POLLUTION LIABILITY. THIS APPLICATION FORM PROVIDES FOR SYSTEMATIC EVIDENCE DATA SUBMISSION OF THE DIVERSE AUTHORIZATION PROOF PROCEDURES.
