Abstract: PROVIDES DATA TO ESTIMATE "MILL SALES VALUE OF FLOUR" AND "COST OF FLOUR TO BAKERS". FLOUR PRICES ARE USED TO COMPUTE VALUE OF INGREDIENTS IN BREAD AND PRICE SPREADS BETWEEN WHEAT, FLOUR AND BREAD. SURVEY HELPS MEET CONGRESSIONAL REQUIREMENT TO PROVIDE DATA ON MARKETING SPREADS.
