Abstract: THIS CLIENT - BASED STUDY WILL MEET THE NEED FOR PREVIOUSLY UNAVAILABLE DETAILED ADMISSION, TERMINATION AND SERVICES DATA. SUCH DATA ARE NEED TO EVALUATE THE EXTENT TO WHICH CMHC'S MEET AS "SYSTEMS OF CARE" CONSONANT WITH THE MENTAL HEALTH SYSTEMS ACT. THESE DATA ARE ALSO NEEDED TO EVALUATE THE EXTENT TO WHICH CMHC'S MEET THEIR MANDATED NIMH OBJECTIVES.
